Franklin, TN
Franklin is home base — our shop sits just off Mallory Lane, so it's rare for a Franklin project to wait more than a few days for a first look. We do a steady mix of custom built-ins in Franklin's historic downtown bungalows and full trim packages in the newer neighborhoods off Peytonsville and Del Rio Pike.
Brentwood, TN
Brentwood's larger custom homes keep us busy with built-in libraries, wine rooms, and detailed crown molding packages. We're also a regular call for deck and pergola builds in the neighborhoods around Concord Road, where lot sizes leave plenty of room for outdoor living additions.
Nolensville, TN
As Nolensville has grown, we've seen more framing repair and structural carpentry calls here than almost anywhere else — older farmhouses being renovated alongside brand-new construction. It's also become one of our top areas for custom mudroom and pantry built-ins.
Spring Hill, TN
Spring Hill's newer subdivisions bring a lot of cabinet installation and stair railing upgrade requests — homeowners replacing builder-grade finishes with something sturdier. We typically run one to two Spring Hill projects at any given time.
